Terms and Conditions
Refund Policy: If cancelled outside of 30 days of the event, the cost of the event will be refunded LESS 25% for administration charges. Refunds are not permitted within 30 days of the event. Refunds are only made to the person who purchased the event place, and are refunded via the original means of payment.
Force Majeure: If MOT Trackdays or its track partners are unable to provide the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, industrial action, government restriction or other restriction imposed by the circuit or venue, MOT Trackdays will issue a credit at its discretion up to the value of the event and activities booked. Events that suffer a delayed start or curtailed early will not normally qualify for credit. Any credit will be issues at MOT Trackdays’s sole discretion.
Privacy: Any information you provide to MOT Trackdays is stored in a manner approved by Data Protection legislation and we enforce strict internal security procedures to ensure compliance and prevent unauthorised access. Other than as necessary to complete your order we will not disclose your personal information in any form to any third party without your written consent or unless we are required to do so by law.
Payment Information: All payments are handled through Clear Accept Checkout. No payment data is processed on our site. At the checkout, our store passes you to the Clear Accept secure site to complete payment and returns you to our store once payment is made. MOT Trackdays does not handle or record your payment data in any way.
Website Descriptions & Prices: All descriptions and illustrations in the website represent the general idea of the event and shall not form part of the contract. All information, prices and claims are correct to the best of our knowledge at the present time. We reserve the right to amend the information or prices relating to the products in the website without notice.
'Seat time' - How long you spend on track: We are not responsible for any increase or decrease in session lengths and cannot be held liable for any costs incurred in these circumstances.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We are unable to reserve payment or make provisional bookings unless credit terms have been agreed. We reserve the right to cancel any order where full payment has not been received within credit terms or where payment has defaulted. Any vouchers issued in these circumstances become void without further notice and we cannot be held liable for any costs incurred.
Availability and Booking a Date: Booking for events is strictly on a first come first serve basis. We are unable to make provisional reservations. You are advised not to make travel, hotel or other arrangements until your booking has been confirmed in writing. Your place confirmation and instructions will be sent to you electronically and via post if necessary.
Weather: We reserve the right to cancel any event due to adverse weather conditions that would affect your safety. We cannot be held liable for any costs incurred in this circumstance. Compensation will not be given. We will however try our best to make the best of the situation if possible.
Safety: Motor Sport, and MOT Trackdays events can involve some elements of personal risk. We will require you to complete a disclaimer before we will allow you to take part. We reserve the right to refuse any person from participating in any event should we deem it necessary. Whilst we consider this to be very unlikely to be enforced, this rule is for safety purposes only. We kindly ask you to respect that our staffs opinions are final and in your best interests. In this circumstance, no refunds are offered.
Insurance: Motor sport involve some personal risk. It is advised that you carry your own suitable health and car insurance. We do our very best to ensure we are as safe as can be reasonably possible, however we cannot be held liable for any injury at all that you sustain whilst travelling to, or from, or during our events. If you require any more information or advice please contact us.
Complaints: The easiest way of resolving complaints is to address them on the day. The hospitality staff will endeavour to put things right immediately. If your complaint cannot be resolved locally, please inform us of any complaint you may have relating to any of our events by writing to our head office as listed in the 'About Us' page. We are always looking to improve upon the service we offer. If you have any thoughts of improvements, please write to our Customer Services Department.
